Five-star service that doesn't depend on who's on shift.

Leap lifts the standard of service your property delivers — and holds it there, on every shift, in every department. Less chasing for your team. Less waiting for your guests. The numbers below are measured, not promised.

The gap

Eleven departments. Twelve systems. None of them talking.

Your standards are not the problem — you have written them, and your people know them. The problem is that the reservation lives in one system, the task in another, the guest's request in a third, and the proof it was done in a notebook. Service quality becomes a question of who happened to be standing where.

It was in the system. The wrong one.

The anniversary sat in the reservation. The kitchen works off a different screen and never saw it. The couple noticed.

Reported twice, fixed never

Once at reception, once at the pool bar, into two systems that have never met. Maintenance heard from neither.

Twelve tools. Twelve invoices. Twelve logins.

Each one solves a department. None of them solves the hotel — and the per-seat tools cost the most in the month you hire the most people.

What Leap does

Every hotel procedure, automated.

One system underneath all of it. Leap reads your reservation system, raises the standard each procedure must meet, and puts the resulting task in the right hands — with the checklist, the due time and the proof it was done. Nothing is typed twice, nothing is lost between two tools, and it happens the same way every time.

Arrival

Check-in & documents

Passports read automatically, the file filed, the guest at the desk for thirty-seven seconds.

Experience

Gestures & celebrations

Birthdays, anniversaries, VIP welcomes and honeymoons — proposed from the reservation, tasked to the department that owns them.

Maintenance

Repairs & assets

Reported in three taps from anywhere on the property, routed by category, closed with a photograph.

Housekeeping

Rooms & turndown

Boards built from occupancy, not from a printout. Inventory, linen and lost property on the same ledger.

Food & beverage

Covers & entitlements

Restaurant bookings, all-inclusive board rules and allergy notes that reach the pass, not just the file.

Quality

Standards & audits

Brand standards, control points and inspections scheduled and evidenced — the season's audit already written.

Revenue

Orders & late checkout

Priced in-app, approved by the desk, tasked to the team. Asking is easier, so guests ask more — that is why revenue rose 24%.

Front office

Complaints & logbook

The shift handover, the complaint, the escalation and the lost umbrella — one thread, not four notebooks.

Back office

People, stock & compliance

Rotas, timekeeping, purchasing, consent and data protection — the procedures nobody enjoys, run the same way every time.

Thirty-three departments are configured out of the box, and each property turns on only what it runs. Payments, interactive in-room TV and automatic celebration detection are in build.

How it runs

One loop, underneath all of it.

Every procedure above is the same four steps. Learn it once and your team knows the whole platform.

01

Something happens

A reservation arrives, a guest asks, or a member of staff reports it from the floor.

02

It becomes one record

Your procedure decides the priority, the owner and the checklist. Nobody re-types anything.

03

It reaches a person

On the phone in their pocket, in their language, with the room number and the time it is due.

04

It closes with proof

A photograph, a timestamp and a name. The audit writes itself as the season runs.

The surfaces

One record. Three places it shows up.

The guest's request and the staff member's task are the same record — that is the whole idea. Below, three records happen live: a table booked, a repair closed, the desk watching the day.

Leap Guest · where it starts

A table for four, booked from the sunbed.

Eight o'clock at the Medallion — and the nut allergy is on the booking before anyone has spoken to a waiter. Twelve modules on the guest's own phone, no app store. The in-room TV is in final testing.

  • Book restaurants against live availability
  • Order to the room or the sunbed
  • Ask for late checkout, see the price
Leap Guest →

Leap Staff · the same record, on the floor

Reported in three taps. Closed with a photo.

A guest taps that the A/C in 214 is blowing warm — and it is already a maintenance task, routed by trade, on the phone of the technician who owns it. Taken into their own queue, closed with a photograph nobody has to chase. Fifteen minutes to learn.

  • Take the job, close it with a photo
  • Report a repair in three taps
  • Greek and English, works in the sun
Leap Staff →

Leap Operator · the whole day, at the desk

Seven restaurants. One screen. No phone calls.

The same booking rolls up into tonight's covers — availability across every venue, board entitlements applied, priced requests waiting for a yes. Thirty-three departments on one ledger, one set of numbers.

  • Run the day across every department
  • Approve priced requests
  • The season's audit, already written

Where it sits

It sits on your PMS. It does not replace it.

Leap reads the same reservation truth your property already runs on, and writes one task ledger underneath every department. Nothing is migrated. Nothing is ripped out.

The platform

Leap

One ledger. Reads the reservation, applies your procedure, writes the task — from the request to the proof it was done.

Platform services

Leap Pay In build

Pre-authorisation at check-in, tap-to-pay on delivery, charge to the folio.

Leap Edge

On-property connectivity. The floor keeps working when the line to Athens does not.

What it runs on · yours, unchanged

Opera Cloud · your PMS

The system of record. Nothing migrated, nothing replaced.

Connected through OHIP, Oracle's own integration platform

No migration

Your reservations stay where they are. Leap reads them and acts.

One task ledger

Every department writes to the same record, so nothing is reported twice or lost between two tools.

What we deliberately don't do

No channel manager, no booking engine, no OTA distribution. Those are somebody else's job.

Why it fits

Built in Greece, where hospitality is the profession.

For a generation, Greece has set the standard the world uses to judge a resort. The global platforms were designed for city hotels and rentals, then translated for us. We started here — a 200-room all-inclusive on an island in August is the hardest version of the problem, so it is the one we built for first. If your property runs Opera Cloud, depends on board entitlements and sells an excellent guest experience, Leap fits — whichever coast your season is on.

All-inclusive

Board entitlements, understood

What this guest is entitled to, at which outlet, on which board — enforced at the point of service instead of argued at the table.

Multi-outlet

Four restaurants, one guest

Covers, allergies, preferences and celebrations follow the guest across every venue, the spa and the beach.

Seasonal

Priced for August, not January

Headcount triples for the season. Per-seat and per-cover models punish exactly that. You pay per check-in.

Bilingual

Greek and English, equally

Not a translation layer. Staff work in their language, guests read theirs, and the record is the same underneath.

Island

Works when the line doesn't

Leap Edge keeps the floor running through the outages that come with operating somewhere beautiful and remote.

Local

The paperwork Greece requires

Guest registration, consent and data-protection records built in — not a plug-in bought from somebody else.

Thirteen resorts. Every one of them Greek, every one 4–5★, across five ownership groups — each running the departments it has switched on. We would rather know thirteen properties completely than know fifteen thousand properties a little — and we are on the same islands, in the same season, as the people we build for.

What it replaces

Twelve subscriptions become one.

Every line below is a product a resort buys separately today — different vendor, different renewal date, and not one of them can see the others. You are already paying for all twelve. Leap is not a thirteenth: it is the one that ends the other twelve. Crossed out is what you buy today; the green label beside it is where that same job lives inside Leap.

This is the Amazon habit, applied to a hotel: start at the guest and work backwards. Do that honestly, and you stop buying one tool per department. A guest asking for a late checkout does not experience an upsell tool, a payment app and a task system — they experience one request. So it should be one record.

Pricing

You pay when a guest arrives.

The operator platform is one fee per check-in — every procedure, every department. Guest purchases in the app carry a small transaction fee. Nothing else: no per-seat licences, no per-cover commission, no charge for the forty extra people you hire in June.

Why now

Agents are coming. They will need a floor to stand on.

You have been sold integration before, and it turned out to mean two vendors agreeing to swap a file at midnight. This is not that. Leap does not sit beside your systems — it sits underneath them, and it is the same system underneath every property in the group. Your PMS stays exactly where it is. Nothing is migrated. What changes is that there stops being a gap for things to fall into.

The order below is not a roadmap we are asking you to wait for. Three of the four are running today, in thirteen resorts. It matters because the order cannot be reversed — and almost everyone selling AI to hotels right now is trying to start at the end.

First

One platform, on top of what you run

Every department on one system, reading the reservation truth your property already keeps in Opera Cloud. You are not replacing the PMS and you are not migrating history. You are removing the eleven places a request can go to die.

Then

One record, written once

The guest's request, the task it became, who closed it and the proof it was done — one thread, entered once, readable afterwards. Nobody sells you this because it is not a feature. It is the thing every later promise quietly depends on.

Then

A season of real operations on it

Not a pilot on a fictional hotel — a full season of actual arrivals, actual repairs, actual covers. A record only becomes worth reading once it has been true for long enough to trust.

New year

Then agentsin build

Agents that read that record and act on it — chase the repair that has been open too long, notice the allergy before the pass does, draft the shift handover. They are useful in exact proportion to how clean the three steps above are.

An agent attached to a property whose repair requests live in WhatsApp has nothing to read and nothing to do. That is why the pilots stall, and it is the whole reason we built the platform, the record and the operations first. The hotels that fix their floor this year are the ones for whom next year's agents will actually work.

Intelligence

How should a hotel actually use AI?

Most of what is sold to hotels as AI is a chatbot attached to a property that has not yet fixed its task ledger. The useful question is not what AI can do. It is simpler: what does your hotel already know that nobody reads?
