Thirteen resorts. All Greek. All 4–5★.

We would rather know thirteen properties completely than know fifteen thousand properties a little. Five ownership groups; the largest runs Leap in seven of its properties. Each property turns on only the modules it uses — and the proof is a phone call, not this page.

Check-in was six and a half minutes. It is thirty-seven seconds, median, measured at the desk. The queue at four o'clock stopped existing.

The case study

The flagship, in detail.

Princess Andriana is a five-star all-inclusive resort on Rhodes: multiple restaurants, a spa, a beach operation and a front desk that receives a full plane of guests at once. It is the hardest version of the problem, which is why it is where Leap was proven.

Before. Arrivals were processed by hand, passport by passport. Requests arrived by radio, at the desk and at the pool bar, into three places that did not talk. Celebrations depended on whether the right person read the right note.

After. Documents are read automatically and the guest is at the desk for thirty-seven seconds instead of six and a half minutes. Every request becomes one record with an owner and a due time. Guests order to the room and the sunbed and ask for late checkout in-app, and revenue across dining, concierge and late checkout rose 24% — because asking became easier, not because we pushed guests to buy more.

Next. Tap-to-pay — we are building it now — so the guest pays at the moment they say yes.

Reference calls are the whole sales process. If you are a Greek resort considering this, we will put you on the phone with a GM who runs it. That conversation is more useful than anything on this page.
