What we collect, and what we don't.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are no trackers, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts watching you read it. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads — we plan to remove that dependency too.

The demo form collects your name, role, property, email, room count and — if you give it — your phone number. It is delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit, the form relay service, and used to arrange the call you asked for. Nothing else. You are not added to a list, and we do not share it with anyone.

Email. If you write to hello@leaphospitality.gr, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live, and delete it on request.

Guest and hotel data — reservations, requests, documents — never touches this website. It is processed inside the Leap platform under a written agreement with each hotel, inside the EU, with the hotel as controller and Leap as processor. If you are a guest of a hotel that runs Leap, your relationship is with the hotel; we act on its instructions.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to hello@leaphospitality.gr and a person will answer within one working day.

Who we are. Leap Hospitality is a product of AgenticSolutions, Rhodes, Greece. The same address answers privacy questions and demo requests — there is no separate department to get lost in.
